We focus our efforts on creating both new works and new takes on old works-- our workshop series is the crucible where we forge this work before presenting it for an audience.

Cultivating new voices is the single most important thing we do at Dalliance. Whether this means working with a writer on a brand new script, working as an ensemble to devise a new work or digging into the bones of an existing work, our goal is to cultivate strong new voices and connect them to eager audiences.

Our on-going workshop series is an ad-hoc series of events led by the Artistic Associates to strengthen these works. Many of our full productions have come out of these workshops, including our recent premieres of Eliot Stockton's Refractions and our company-created celebration of financial disaster, Because of the Economy...

If you're a writer or director interested in having a piece workshopped with the Dalliance core, please contact Branden with a description of the project and any supporting materials you have.
